How to sign in to BlockFi

To sign in to your BlockFi account:

  1. Open your browser and go to https://blockfi.com.
  2. Click Log In (top-right). Enter the email address associated with your account and your password.
  3. If enabled, complete two-factor authentication (2FA) using your authenticator app or the SMS code you receive.
  4. After successful verification you’ll be directed to your dashboard.

Tip: Use a password manager to store your BlockFi credentials securely and avoid reusing passwords.

If you can’t log in, try the following checks in order:

Account recovery & 2FA reset

If you cannot access your account because of a lost password or 2FA, follow these steps:

  1. Use the Forgot password option from the login page to reset your password via email.
  2. If you’ve lost your 2FA device, locate any backup codes you saved when enabling 2FA.
  3. If there are no backup codes, contact BlockFi support through the official help center and provide requested identity verification (ID, selfie, recent transaction history) to prove ownership. Never share your password or full 2FA codes publicly.

Keep in mind recovery times vary — support may require several business days depending on verification needs.
